Modern Exterior Design
A contemporary three-storey residence in Struga with a crisp grey-and-white facade, stacked balconies, and a wood-and-stone perimeter fence. Large glazing, clean rooflines, and layered exterior lighting give the home a calm, modern street presence.
The Challenge
Balancing a bold two-tone facade with privacy, durable street-facing materials, and generous outdoor terraces on a compact urban plot in Struga.
Our Solution
Light and charcoal volumes frame full-height glazing and black metal balcony rails. A stone base wall with horizontal timber slats defines the boundary, while recessed soffit lights and a clear entrance sequence complete the exterior.
